SmartCTF 4C Mutator Info
SmartCTF 4C was originally created by {PiN}Kev his latest version was SmartCTF V4.0
Later it was modified by {DnF2}SiNiSTeR. Resulting in the versions 4A, 4B, and 4C.

Scoreboard
At the end of a CTF match you will see this awesome scoreboard.
You can view this scoreboard anytime during a match by going to the console (press @ or ' key to bring up console) and typing in the command mutate smartctf stats . This command will switch you between the standard and SmartCTF enhanced scoreboards.
A much nicer way to do this is to bind a key to the command mutate smartctf stats . To do this first you need to find the file User.ini, which is located in your Unreal Tournament system directory.
For example this is commonly c:\Program Files\Games\UnrealTournament\System\.
Once there open the file User.ini with a text editor like notepad. Now you can bind the command to any key you want, I found F3 is a sensible key to use, and I can also teach you guys another neat trick at the same time :).
Scroll down or search and find the line F3=ShowObjectives . Now you may be thinking a command is already on this key and I don't want to remove it, well you don't have to.
ShowObjectives is a command for Assault game type which will not do anything in a CTF match, the same goes for the CTF scoreboard command which will not have any effect in a Assault game type. So you can see it will be perfectly safe to bind both commands to one key.
To bind two commands to one key the character | is used so the command will look like this F3=ShowObjectives | mutate smartctf stats now save the file and go play UT.

Is the defence of your base preventing access and defined by:
1.Kills while you and your flag carrier are on your side of the map.
2.Kills on your side of the map preventing your flag being taken.
3.Repeatedly getting kills on your side of the map.
Returning a dropped flag that is very close to the enemies flag stand.

Server Info
When you press F2 you will see this new enhanced Server Info board.
Notes When Making A Map
If you are making a CTF map for seals, Flagreturn you need to consider the following.
Seals and Flagreturns use Zone Names to figure out where players are in relation to each other and the bases.
To do this SmartCTF 4+ looks for "red", "blue", and "mid" in the text of Zone Names.
So when naming zones you need to think about how you use these tags.
