UnrealEd 2.0 was bundled with Unreal Tournament Game of The Year Edition. UnrealEd 2.0 well at least as of today's date 05-12-05 is the latest version of UnrealEd and in my opinion there will never be a later version for Unreal Tournament.
A good tip I would give if you are struggling with UnrealEd 2.0 is to use UnrealEd 3.0 from UT2004. Make brushes in UnrealEd 3.0 which is slightly easier, more capable and less prone to crashes, then copy them back to UnrealEd 2.0
